APPOINTMENTS: Give at least 24-48 hour notice if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment.
If you give less than 24/48 hour notice or no show your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of your service. When booking appointment, card information will be put down, you won’t be charged until appointment or unless you cancel before 24 hours or no show your appointment. No refunds if you have prepaid, unless otherwise
TRAINING: training must be paid 7 days before the booked date. if you need to cancel or reschedule the training, I need at least a 5 day notice since I block out my entire day for trainings.
SKINCARE: when purchasing skincare, we don’t allow any returns or refunds if the skincare is open. If the seal still isn’t open, a return may be made 7 days or less since the purchase
